After ordering, processing takes 1 to 2 business days. Then one of our carriers takes care of your package the rest of the way. You’ll get a shipment notification with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. For orders within the contiguous US, packages usually arrive in 1-3 business days after notification of shipment. Please allow for longer shipping periods if outside the contiguous US.
Shipping outside of the US will require additional fees that will be included in the final cost of your order. Please note that countries require recipients to pay import tax fees or other fees when claiming internationally shipped packages, and unfortunately we cannot offset the cost of these fees. Also note that we are unable to offer free exchanges and returns. If you happen to need an exchange or would like to return any items, you will be responsible for the shipping and we'll work with you to make it as easy as possible. Additionally, when a package leaves the US, Matwise no longer has access to tracking information and cannot be responsible for misplaced packages once they arrive in the country of shipping designation. Yes, we offer expedited shipping for an additional fee. Reach out to email@example.com to let us know where we can ship your order, and we’ll be happy to provide rates and further information.
If you’re not completely satisfied with anything you order from us, you have up to 100 days after receiving your order to request a return. Any requests made after this period will not be granted. We will cover the return shipping costs. Once you receive your return shipping label, you have 14 days to ship the product back to us.

No worries! Matwise orders don’t include return labels, but we can get you one. Just reach out to email@example.com with your order number and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.
